๐Ÿงช The Punctuation Lab

The biggest mistake people make is using a comma instead of a semicolon. This creates a "Comma Splice" error. The rule is strict: Semicolon before, Comma after.

I wanted to buy the car; however, I didn't have enough money.

Analysis: Perfect Grammar

The semicolon (;) acts like a period, stopping the first sentence. The conjunctive adverb (however) builds the bridge. The comma (,) allows a breath before the next thought.
